We’re on the lookout for a confident, detail-driven and people-focused professional to support our thriving Senior Appointments Team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to our director, this role is a vital hire as we continue to scale this growing department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Professional Services who enjoys market research and sales support tasks as well as candidate engagement and client support. As this is a unique role in our business, we’re open to variety of backgrounds and setup to offer training for those outside of recruitment. What will you be doing?
In this dynamic role, you’ll work side-by-side with our director, playing a central part in the successful delivery of senior-level and specialist recruitment campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial market research for high level campaigns
- Developing e-marketing correspondence to engage with top-tier talent
- Utilising digital platforms to maintain talent pipelines
- Supporting with different stages of the candidate journey
- Attending client meetings with the Director
- Creating compelling client pitch decks and tailored documentation
- Preparing and managing candidate packs, briefs, and interview support material
- Interviewing prospective candidates in line with live campaigns
- Managing and updating information on our CRM and premium LinkedIn tools
- Providing invaluable sales support to the Director through market research and gaining market intelligence
- Collaborating with the wider team to maintain a joined-up service across all divisions
What we’re looking for:
- Any experience in the recruitment industry would be preferential, but not essential
- Able to demonstrate a create approach to research
- Strong administrative and analytical skills
- Exposure in a sales-support capacity would be preferential, but not essential
- Experience in creating engagement documents / email campaigns
- Strong IT literacy (MS Office, LinkedIn, Canva etc.)
- A methodical mindset – detail-oriented, organised and self-sufficient
- Confidence to work autonomously and creatively
- Degree educated (preferential, but not essential)
