Personal Assistant (Maternity Cover, Part-Time)

Salary: £40k pro-rata for a part-time role

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced professional to join a small, specialist professional services team on a maternity cover basis. This is a hands-on role combining PA, office management, and business development support—perfect for someone who thrives in a varied, busy environment and enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Support finance, supplier relationships, HR administration, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Assist with training, events, internal communications, and shared inbox management.
  • Maintain CRM/BD data and support reporting, presentations, and client initiatives.
  • Help coordinate events, webinars, newsletters, and website/social media updates.
