Our client, a growing professional services business based in Leeds City Centre, is looking to recruit a proactive and highly organised Practice Support / Operations Assistant into a newly created role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be involved across multiple areas of a growing business. The role offers broad exposure across operations, client support and administration, with genuine scope to shape the position and develop long term within the company.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar sized professional services environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business where no two days are the same.
Duties Include:
- Managing client enquiries and shared inboxes
- Coordinating training sessions, meetings and diaries
- Preparing documentation, invoices and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
- Supporting onboarding and general client administration
- Assisting with billing, debtor chasing and operational tasks
- Providing wider business and administrative support as required
Experience Required:
- Previous administration experience within a professional services environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and adaptable approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
