Overview
We are working on behalf of a leading international professional services firm to recruit a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced, collaborative recruitment team supporting high-volume and specialist hiring activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, room bookings, and virtual setup
- Liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information
- Prepare offer documentation and onboarding paperwork
- Support with job postings across various platforms
- Assist with recruitment reporting and data tracking
- Ensure a high standard of candidate experience at all stages
