What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome all visitors with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Oversee sign-in procedures and alert hosts as soon as their guests arrive.
  • Keep the reception area immaculate at all times.
  • Respond to calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Manage internal bookings and assist with external meeting room enquiries.
  • Coordinate catering orders and communicate with internal teams.
  • Ensure all catering and meeting charges are recorded accurately for invoicing.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, including virtual office items.
  • Investigate unknown recipients and manage returned post.
  • Frank outgoing items, log postage charges, and monitor supplies.
  • Support visitor parking registration and submit fine disputes when appropriate.
  • Assist with printing, scanning, and photocopying jobs and record related charges.
  • Order stationery, refreshments, and other supplies.
