Are you a graduate with consultative sales experience looking to build a career within an international healthcare organisation? We're recruiting on behalf of a leading private healthcare provider seeking a Patient Sales Advisor to join their growing Leeds-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping people make informed decisions.
We're particularly interested in candidates with office-based sales experience, ideally within healthcare, medical, dental or professional services, although this is not essential.
- Conducting telephone consultations to understand individual needs
- Building rapport and guiding patients through treatment options
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Using CRM systems and modern technology to enhance the customer experience
Previous office-based sales experience in business development, account management, customer success or a consultative sales role is required. Experience within healthcare, medical, dental or professional services would be advantageous but is not essential.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are necessary. Confidence in using CRM systems and modern technology is also important.
Salary £28,000 - £30,000 DOE (flexible for the right candidate) plus monthly commission. Flexible Monday to Friday shifts, typically 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm. Approximately one in three Saturday mornings are worked remotely from home, with time off in lieu provided.
