Working as part of a specialist Risk & Compliance team, you'll support the business in ensuring robust governance, regulatory compliance and effective risk management across a wide range of operational activities.

- sks. Support the maintenance of risk registers, reporting processes and mitigation pl
- ans. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on risk and compliance matt
- ers. Assist with the review and development of company policies, procedures and internal contr
- ols. Support investigations into risk and compliance incidents, identifying root causes and recommending improveme
- nts. Help ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and internal governance standa
- rds. Carry out due diligence on suppliers and other third parties where requi
- red. Assist with compliance monitoring activities and internal report
- ing. Support data protection activities, including responses to information requests where appropri
- ate. Contribute to the development of compliance training and awareness initiatives across the busin ess.

We're looking for someone who is analytical, organised and enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders across the bus iness.
- You'll ideall
- y have: A degree in Business, Law, Finance, Risk Management or a related disc
- ipline. Around 1-3 years' experience within risk, compliance, governance, audit or a similar fu
- nction. An understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management prin
- ciples. Excellent analytical and problem-solving
- skills. Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across different
- teams. High levels of accuracy and attention to
- detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy envir onment.
Professional qualifications or experience within professional services would be advantageous but are not es sential.
