Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-established, international professional services organisation as they look to appoint an experienced Rewards Manager to support multiple regions. This opportunity sits within a central People function and offers a broad remit across compensation, benefits, and reward operations.
Reporting into the wider HR function, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and People teams to deliver both operational and strategic reward activity.
- Support the delivery of reward processes across payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Ensure accurate management of employee reward data and systems
- Contribute to benchmarking activity to ensure competitive and fair pay structures
- Support annual salary and bonus review cycles, including data preparation and analysis
- Assist with ongoing improvements to reward processes, systems, and policies
Demonstrable experience within HR, with a focus on reward, compensation, or benefits is required. A good understanding of reward processes, policies, and best practice is essential. You should be comfortable working with data, systems, and reporting, and have previous experience in a reward or HR-focused role.
