This is an opportunity to lead an IT support team and improve how technology services are delivered across the business. Youll oversee day-to-day service performance, support your team and work with colleagues to make IT services more effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and developing the IT support team
- Overseeing incidents, service requests and changes
- Monitoring service levels and sharing performance updates
- Working with suppliers and internal teams to improve service delivery
Experience, Qualifications, and/or Skill set
- Experience managing an IT support or service delivery team
- A good understanding of IT service management and service levels
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A calm, organised approach to resolving problems and improving processes
Experience in a regulated environment and ITIL knowledge would be helpful.
