We're looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join a busy, dynamic team delivering high-quality projects for retail and commercial interiors. This is a key role supporting Account Managers and helping the business run efficiently, while gaining exposure to a wide range of exciting projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in administration or take the next step in building their experience in a professional environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Monitor and manage tasks and jobs via our client's online portal.
  • Prepare key reports and provide updates to Account Managers and clients.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Manage emails and correspondence efficiently to keep workflows on track.
  • Input data and maintain records across internal and external systems.
  • Produce documents, spreadsheets, and control sheets using strong Word and Excel skills.
  • Support the administration of client files, ensuring documentation is returned, checked, logged, and escalated as needed.
  • Follow Health & Safety and ISO procedures consistently.
