The predicted salary is between 12.71 - 13.45 £ per hour.

We are now taking on new temporary roles for Front of House Reception positions for various firms around the Leeds area covering upcoming holidays. We are looking for well presented, professional candidates with excellent interpersonal skills and capable of working in a busy reception environment. Candidates should ideally be able to support temp roles over the next 6 months. These are usually for 1 to 2 weeks with some roles being for ad hoc days or more longer term.

Duties:

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette; direct calls appropriately or take clear messages (most roles have minimal phone work but some do involve quite busy phone work).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, mail, and courier services.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Book meeting rooms and ensure all are equipped and kept clean and tidy.
  • Manage car park spaces on occasion.
  • Manage front desk activities efficiently to ensure seamless daily workflow.

Skills and person specification:

  • Proven experience in front of house reception ideal; however, most firms we work with simply require outstanding customer service and a positive, welcoming approach.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills.
  • Reliability and good timekeeping.
  • Someone with a cheerful, friendly nature - making all visitors feel supported and welcome.

Hours: Vary but usually between 35 and 37.5 hours per week; however, we do have multiple roles that come through fewer days per week.

Salary: £12.71 to £13.45 per hour dependent on the assignment.
