We are seeking an experienced and highly trusted Executive Assistant to support a senior business leader across both professional and personal affairs. This is a unique, varied role requiring exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and autonomy.

The position combines business executive support, private household management, and property oversight, and would suit someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Executive Support

  • Full diary and inbox management
  • Coordination of meetings, events, and travel
  • Preparation of papers, reports, and communications
  • Support with recruitment administration and coordination
  • Attendance at selected leadership or business events
  • General office and operational support

Private & Household Support

  • Assisting with personal and family logistics as required
  • Managing appointments, errands, and ad-hoc tasks
  • Oversight of household staff, rotas, and cover
  • Managing suppliers, services, and household expenditure

Property & Hospitality Management

  • Day-to-day management of a private property used for both business and personal purposes
  • Coordination of staff, maintenance, health & safety, and services
  • Hosting and supporting business meetings and dinners
  • Oversight of short-term accommodation bookings, guest experience, and invoicing

Travel & Asset Management

  • Coordination of vehicles, servicing, and logistics
  • Confident driving when required
  • Support with holiday planning and overseas property administration

About You

  • Proven experience as a senior Executive Assistant / Private PA
  • Highly discreet, trustworthy, and professional
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing both business and personal matters
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
  • Flexible and hands-on when required
