Joining a collaborative global law firm in the heart of Leeds, we are looking for an ambitious, analytical and client-focused Account Manager to join a dynamic and innovative team where no two days are the same! This is a very varied role where adaptability is key; lots of training will be provided but the right candidate must possess a positive attitude, be a confident communicator, able to produce work of a high standard and work well autonomously.

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and service. You will work closely with our legal team to manage client relationships, address inquiries, and contribute to business development efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the firm, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and improve service delivery
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality
  • Validating budgets
  • Producing weekly and monthly reporting
  • Co-ordinating legal matters
  • Managing your own caseload

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient on the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and growth mindset
