We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury retailer seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their Leeds city centre showroom. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building genuine client relationships, delivering a highly personalised service, and creating memorable purchasing experiences. This role is about much more than simply making a sale. The Role

  • Deliver a first-class customer experience at every stage of the client journey
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with a discerning client base
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of luxury products, craftsmanship, heritage and brand values
  • Create engaging and memorable experiences through storytelling and consultative selling
  • Proactively follow up with clients and maintain detailed customer records

About You

  • Previous experience within luxury retail or premium sales
