Working as part of a specialist Risk & Compliance team, you'll support the business in ensuring robust governance, regulatory compliance and effective risk management across a wide range of operational activities.

- ies Assist with identifying, assessing and monitoring operational, regulatory and business ri
- sks. Support the maintenance of risk registers, reporting processes and mitigation pl
- ans. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on risk and compliance matt
- ers. Assist with the review and development of company policies, procedures and internal contr
- ols. Support investigations into risk and compliance incidents, identifying root causes and recommending improveme
- nts. Help ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and internal governance standa
- rds. Carry out due diligence on suppliers and other third parties where requi
- red. Assist with compliance monitoring activities and internal report
- ing. Support data protection activities, including responses to information requests where appropri
- ate. Contribute to the development of compliance training and awareness initiatives across the busin ess. Abou t You We're looking for someone who is analytical, organised and enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders across the bus iness. You'll ideall
- y have: A degree in Business, Law, Finance, Risk Management or a related disc
- ipline. Around 1-3 years' experience within risk, compliance, governance, audit or a similar fu
- nction. An understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management prin
- ciples. Excellent analytical and problem-solving
- skills. Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across different
- teams. High levels of accuracy and attention to
- detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy envir onment. Professional qualifications or experience within professional services would be advantageous but are not es sential. What's
