Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-established, international professional services organisation as they look to appoint an experienced Rewards Manager to support multiple regions. This opportunity sits within a central People function and offers a broad remit across compensation, benefits, and reward operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring reward practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned to business objectives, while also supporting ongoing development of reward frameworks.
The Role
Reporting into the wider HR function, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and People teams to deliver both operational and strategic reward activity. This is a varied position, combining hands-on delivery with opportunities to contribute to wider initiatives and improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of reward processes across payroll, compensation, and benefits
- Ensure accurate management of employee reward data and systems
- Act as a key point of contact for reward-related queries across the business
- Assist in the review and enhancement of benefits offerings, working with external providers where required
- Contribute to benchmarking activity to ensure competitive and fair pay structures
- Support annual salary and bonus review cycles, including data preparation and analysis
- Provide insight and reporting to support decision-making across the People function
- Assist with ongoing improvements to reward processes, systems, and policies
- Ensure reward practices remain compliant with relevant legislation and internal governance
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable experience within HR, with a focus on reward, compensation, or benefits
- Good understanding of reward processes, policies, and best practice
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a reward or HR-focused role
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
- Professional qualification (e.g. CIPD or similar) advantageous
