This is a permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a busy firm based in Bradford. You will have your own portfolio of clients from the EMEA region, so proficient Dutch and French language skills (both written and spoken) are essential for this position. The client is happy to consider this role as remote, with travel to the Bradford office once a month and Belgium twice a year (fully expensed).
The role will focus on delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality sales support to customers. You will support the Customer Service Team Leader with day-to-day operations, ensuring orders, deliveries, and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Duties Include:
- Managing the complete order-to-shipment process
- Daily communication with customers and different departments within the business
- Monitoring and resolving delivery issues promptly
- Processing customer pricing approval requests and following up with relevant departments
- Setting up and maintaining accurate customer account records
- Assisting with invoicing and resolving related queries
- Managing stock and delivery schedules
- Following all internal procedures and audit requirements
Experience, skill set and/or qualifications required:
- Dutch and French language skills both written and spoken
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge and experience (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative environment (essential)
- Background in the automotive or related industry (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Hours: 39 hours per week
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience (can be flexible for the right candidate)
Work Location: BD7 (can offer remote working for the right candidate with a commute to the office once a month)
