Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Commercial Paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with complex commercial litigation cases. Key Responsibilities :
– Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
– Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and precedents.

– Manage and organize case files and documents.
– Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation.
– Prepare and manage discovery documents, including interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
– Summarize depositions, witness statements, and other legal documents.
– Maintain accurate records and databases related to case management.
– Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders.

Qualifications :
