JNHG is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Ofsted Registered Children's Manager for our new home in Birmingham. The role involves overseeing the care and development of children, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering an inclusive environment.

You'll lead daily operations, develop engaging programmes, and support staff through training while maintaining effective communication with parents and external agencies.

A Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership are required.
