About the Role We are looking for an experienced, resilient, and passionate Registered Manager to lead our Transitional Home based in Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a high-quality service that delivers outstanding outcomes for young people with complex emotional, behavioural, developmental, and mental health needs. We are seeking a leader with proven experience of managing services that support young people who present with complex risks and behaviours. The successful candidate will have a strong therapeutic and trauma-informed approach, be able to lead staff through challenging situations, and create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can thrive.
