We are currently working with a professional organisation that is actively recruiting for a SAP Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The role will involve ensuring high availability of the SAP S/4HANA estate and key projects, including moving forward with SAP RISE, whilst looking after a team of SAP professionals. This is a hybrid role with two days per week on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the SAP team, ensuring prioritisation of workflows and that SAP Specialists have the required support.
- Ensure allocation of resources across project work along with BAU, compliance etc.
- Drive cross-skilling across the team, developing skills across Finance, HR, MM etc.
- Provide overall accountability for all SAP S/4HANA availability and performance.
- Ensure support is provided at month-end and year-end.
- Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring regular meetings and ensuring SLAs are met.
- Ensuring documentation related to SAP, including integrations and data flows remains updated.
