We’re looking for a talented SQL/BI Developer to join our clients growing development team and help deliver innovative, data-driven solutions across our business. Working within a Microsoft-focused technology environment, you’ll design, develop and optimise applications, databases, reporting solutions and automation tools that improve business performance and support our ongoing digital transformation programme. You’ll work with technologies including SQL Server, Power Platform, Power BI and SSRS, collaborating with stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable, reliable solutions.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong SQL Server and database development experience
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SSRS and reporting solutions
  • Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes and performance optimisation
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and cloud technologies (Azure preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
