We are currently working with an expanding travel company that is actively recruiting for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to deliver AI-focused business transformation projects, aiming to improve efficiencies across the business and improve processes and how people work. This is a hybrid role, typically with 2-3 days per week on-site.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the delivery of projects, including planning for integrations and dependencies
- Building effective relationships with stakeholders across the business, including sales, finance and operations
- Tracking adoption metrics, ensuring the business is using new live tools
- Working with users across the business to understand how AI tools can help them
- Managing relationships with external vendors
- Developing strong relationships with technical teams, translating business requirements into technical requirements
- Working with key users across the business to understand and report on benefit realisation
Key skills and experience:
- 5+ years experience in similar Project Management roles
- Strong business transformation project experience
- Experience implementing CRM, ERP or similar business systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in travel industry (preferable)
- Experience managing multi-region projects (preferable)
