We are currently working with an Oracle service provider that is actively recruiting for an Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant to join them on a permanent basis. This is a role that will provide support to a number of different clients on a variety of Oracle Cloud products, ensuring high quality service at all times. Please note that due to the client base, candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Investigating issues across Fusion SaaS applications and PaaS services, providing timely resolutions
- Working to client requirements to build Oracle Cloud solutions
- Working with stakeholders to identify client requirements, ensuring full documentation is completed
- Providing support throughout the process, from the testing stage to go-live and post implementation support
- Identifying root causes of repeat issues and implementing fixes
- Responding to and managing relevant change requests
- Providing technical training to clients
- Supporting the business development team in pre-sales and tender activities
Key skills required:
- Excellent Oracle HCM and ERP Fusion experience
- ETL experience working with Oracle Data Integrator/ODI
- Oracle Analytics Cloud/OAC experience
- Integration experience with Oracle Integration Cloud/OIC
- Experience with Visual Builder Cloud Services/VBSC
- Data migration experience with HDL, FBDi or similar
- Integration experience with HCM Extract, BI Publisher, Rest or SOAP
- PL/SQL or Groovy Scripting experience
