JNC are working closely with a London based organisation that are looking to bring on an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Consultant on a permanent basis. The ERP Consultant will need to have hands on experience supporting Oracle Projects and Oracle ERP suite specifically Finance (Ledgers). This is an onsite role to be based in central London 5 days a week.
ESSENTIAL: Must be able to obtain DV clearance. Not essential to have it from the off but will be required to get it.
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience with Oracle ERP suite, ideally Ledgers (AP / AR / GL) & Oracle Projects.
- Strong skills in incident resolution, problem management and change in relation to Oracle ERP.
- Experience in a senior leadership role that involves managing workloads and mentoring others.
- Strong customer management and support skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer experience capabilities.
- Experience with various ERP technical escalations.
