JNC are working closely with a London based organisation that are looking to bring on an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Consultant on a permanent basis. The ERP Consultant will need to have hands-on experience supporting Oracle Projects and Oracle ERP suite specifically Finance (Ledgers). This is an onsite role to be based in central London 5 days a week.
ESSENTIAL: Must be able to obtain DV clearance. Not essential to have it from the off but will be required to get it.
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience with Oracle ERP suite, ideally Ledgers (AP / AR / GL) & Oracle Projects.
- Strong skills in incident resolution, problem management and change in relation to Oracle ERP.
- Experience in a senior leadership role that involves managing workloads and mentoring others.
- Strong customer management and support skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer experience capabilities.
- Experience with various ERP technical escalations.
