Working Week – Monday – Friday 9 – 5pm. JNC are working with a brand new client in Dartford that are looking to bring on a junior IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis. This is not a traditional IT support role and would suit someone who isn’t looking to follow the standard IT support route. It is heavily customer support focused with some basic technical support requirements. This role will be a mix of remote support and field support to the organisation's client base across the UK. Therefore, a driving licence is required as a company van will be provided for client visits.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote support to the sales team and organisation's clients using TeamViewer.
- Provide field-based support to their clients across the UK. This is 3-4 times a week on average.
- Help set up client software and hardware installs. Basic Networking and Windows support.
- Training will be provided on any of the client's bespoke systems.
