We have an urgent requirement for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst (2nd Line Desktop Support) to join a leading organisation based in Colchester on an initial 3 month contractual basis (with potential to extend).

This role will be providing technical support to my client's large user base mostly via remote service, but there may also be some desk-side support work required too.
