We are seeking a highly competent, performance-driven Social Media & Content Manager to lead digital growth across multiple brands, with Soul Suites Health & Wellbeing as the flagship account. This is a leadership position responsible for building and operating a scalable content system across locations - driving brand authority, community growth, and measurable revenue.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the strategy, creation, management, and performance of Instagram and TikTok accounts across multiple businesses. You will work directly with business owners, schedule and manage content shoot days, batch content on-site, and implement structured systems that ensure consistent, high-quality posting across every location. This is a hybrid role requiring regular on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-performing Instagram & TikTok strategies
  • Batch film content on-site across multiple locations
  • Build and manage a scalable content system per location
  • Create structured posting calendars and ensure zero inconsistency
  • Script hooks, direct shoots, and oversee editing
  • Manage scheduling and publishing
  • Analyse weekly performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Track KPIs including growth, engagement, leads, and revenue attribution
  • Launch campaigns for events, offers, openings, and promotions
  • Work directly with each business owner to align brand vision and execution

Candidate Profile

You must:

  • Be able to travel between locations (driving licence required)
  • Work independently without constant supervision
  • Manage flexible hours while consistently meeting targets
  • Take responsibility for outcomes, not just output
