JN Bentley in Skipton is seeking a HR Advisor to provide proactive HR advice across the employee lifecycle, coach managers, and support our colleagues nationwide.

You will manage employee relations casework, advise on policies, and help drive key HR initiatives across the business.

The role is hybrid with a minimum of three days in the Skipton office, plus travel to other sites as required. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive benefits package.
