Mott Mac Donald Bentley are recruiting for a Site Coordinator to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance.

With an ambitious £2.3 billion capital investment in AMP8, we are revolutionising infrastructure, sustainability, and digital transformation to protect the environment and support growing communities.
We’re looking for a Site Coordinator to support the Construction Team and Site Manager by coordinating information, maintaining records, communicating with project teams and suppliers, and assisting with the day to day management of the site compound.
You will help the team maintain an efficient and streamlined operation, ensuring a safe and organised project compound. The role will require travel between local sites.
The role provides an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career to develop knowledge of the water industry, construction, environmental compliance, sustainability and project coordination.
- What You’ll Do
- Manage visitors to site, book visits and coordinate with the Site Manager
- Record site briefings/meetings, and log actions and attendance
- Manage the paperwork for equipment hire and inspection logs
- Record safety activities on our corporate system
- Complete assigned tasks safely, accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Build positive relationships with project teams, construction teams, Framework suppliers and colleagues.
About You
- Previous administrative experience, on a construction project or in a site coordination role would be beneficial but not essential
- Confident using Microsoft Office, and experience with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A willingness to learn with a positive proactive attitude.
- A valid UK driving licence.
