JN Bentley Ltd is seeking a Lead Hand / Ganger to lead a groundworks gang in the Northampton area, mainly on the Anglian Water framework. You will supervise civils works and drive productivity, quality and safety on site.
Ideal candidates will have proven gang leadership, CSCS/CPCS/NOCN/NPORS with plant tickets, site supervisor training, and a full UK driving licence. Some travel to remote sites may be required.
