JN Bentley Ltd is seeking a Lead Hand / Ganger to lead a groundworks gang in the Newcastle area and across the wider region. You will join a well-established civils contractor, bringing a proactive attitude to health & safety and a track record in concrete, drainage and pipe laying.
Reporting to Site Management, you will supervise site activities, ensuring productivity and quality while maintaining a strong safety culture. A ready-made gang is preferred to accelerate start-up on projects.
