JN Bentley is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Hand / Ganger to lead a groundworks gang in the Newbury region and across our sites, ideally joining a ready-made gang. You will report to Site Management and lead on civils works across water industry sites.
The role requires a proactive attitude to health and safety, with experience in water industry civils, concreting, deep drainage and pipe laying. A valid UK driving licence is essential.
