Here at JN Bentley we are looking for enthusiastic and positive Groundworks Working Foreman to work on our construction sites in the Thames Valley area.
In the role you will be \βon the tools\β working on the ground and supervising several gangs on various civils sites predominantly within the water and / or heavy civils industry, ideally with water and structures experience. You will have a proactive attitude towards work and health and safety, with ideally experience working within the water industry and general civil work, concreting and pipe laying.
Candidate Specification
- Experience managing gangs working on civils projects
- A positive attitude towards work, along with the ability to maintain high standards of health and safety
- Current CSCS, CPCS or NPORS
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Comfortable using IT systems
- Experience assisting budgeting and forecasting
- Experience assisting in creating and understanding risk and method statements
- Experience assisting in conducting daily briefings, site inductions, method statement rollout and progress meetings
- Knowledge of Permits to work
