MMB will deliver schemes located around Bournemouth, Poole and South Dorset area. As a Site Agent, you’ll be integral to our operational team, contributing to every phase from tendering and design to construction, commissioning, and handover.
Role of a Site Agent
- Working collaboratively with the design and commercial teams to enhance delivery efficiency and promote opportunities while managing risk
- Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client
- Involvement with site level procurement, subcontractor logistics and H&S reporting
- Informing the client about project progress and addressing any concerns
- Acting as a Temporary Works Coordinator, overseeing the installation of temporary works to ensure compliance with design specifications
What You’ll Need
- CSCS, SSSTS/ SMSTS
- HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Understand civil engineering principles and practices
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
