Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Trainer to join our growing team. You will develop and maintain the competence of operational teams through the delivery of high-quality safety and operational training, traveling across our sites in the South West to deliver training to our operational teams.
This is a varied role combining practical training delivery, learner assessment and quality assurance, while supporting continuous improvement, compliance and the wider JN Bentley Safety Strategy.
