We are looking for a Senior HR Assistant to join our HR team.
Reporting to the Lead HR Advisor, this role will act as a key point of contact for HR administration, employee queries and process support across the business.
The successful candidate will help coordinate the day-to-day workload of the HR Assistants, provide guidance on routine queries and escalations, and contribute to delivering an efficient and professional HR service while supporting a range of people-related projects and initiatives.
As a Senior HR Assistant, you will
- Manage the starter and leaver process.
- Support absence management activities and monitor absence triggers.
- Escalate key concerns and issues to the Lead HR Advisor.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of induction app content.
- Oversee the car compliance process.
- Actively contribute to people-related projects.
- Ensure compensation changes and amendments to terms and conditions are administered accurately.
- Obtain right to work documentation, DBS checks, security clearances and references.
- Process family friendly leave requests and other types of leave.
- Respond to benefits-related queries and process monthly benefits data files.
- Maintain accurate HR records across all systems.
- Process invoices for approval and track associated spending.
- Manage and prioritise the day-to-day workload of the HR Assistant function and support escalations.
