As a Site Agent, you’ll be integral to our operational team, contributing to every phase from tendering and design to construction, commissioning, and handover across our Battery Energy Storage System projects in this region. Sites located across the North East.

The role of a Site Agent includes:

  • Working collaboratively with the design and commercial teams to enhance delivery efficiency and promote opportunities while managing risk.
  • Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
  • Involvement with site level procurement, subcontractor logistics and H&S reporting.
  • Informing the client about project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Acting as a Temporary Works Coordinator, overseeing the installation of temporary works to ensure compliance with design specifications.

What you’ll need:

  • CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS.
  • HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Understand civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region.
