We are looking for an ambitious and personable individual to join a growing team in the Real Estate Commercial department at Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level (c. 5 PQE+).
The successful candidate will have a strong grounding in mainstream Commercial Real Estate work. They will be given a good degree of client exposure and will be tasked with running transactions at the appropriate level, supervised where necessary. We are looking for a personable individual who is keen to develop and build relationships with clients with a view to enhancing and mining those contacts.
This role offers a diverse position where the candidate will have exposure to a broad variety of work for a large and diverse client base. The role is exciting due to the opportunity it provides to gain a breadth of experience undertaking high-quality work, as well as the ambition harboured by the partners to grow a sub-team which provides a first-class service offering to a first-class client base.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate would undertake a good proportion of work for some of the team’s existing clients and will possess the appropriate rapport, personality, and commercial acumen to assist with the growth and development of these clients. There will also be ample opportunities for business development, and the right candidate will be fully supported in all respects in their endeavours.
