We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fabricator to join our team, specialising in the manufacture of equipment and structures used in pig production facilities. This role involves working with a range of materials to build durable and practical solutions that support efficient livestock management.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, assemble, and install equipment such as pens and gates.
- Cut, shape, weld, and finish materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals.
- Carry out repairs, maintenance, and modifications to existing equipment.
- Work both in the workshop and on-site at farm locations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in fabrication, welding, or metalwork.
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Full driving licence (preferred, due to site work).
