The Field Service Engineer will play a critical role in supporting JMTechnical’s advanced engineering and manufacturing operations across aviation security systems, food processing machinery, and industrial automation.

This role combines hands‑on technical service delivery with proactive client engagement, ensuring JMTechnical equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently in the field.

You will work directly with customers, provide on‑site and remote support, and act as a key link between clients and JMTechnical’s internal engineering and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on‑site service, fault diagnosis, and repair of JMTechnical equipment
  • Carry out preventative maintenance, inspections, and system health checks
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system faults in the field
  • Support installation, commissioning, and system upgrades
  • Liaise directly with customers, site teams, and stakeholders in a professional manner
