The Role
- Lead and develop a multi-shift production team.
- Drive safety, quality, delivery and productivity across the manufacturing operation.
- Plan resources to maximise efficiency and meet customer demand.
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Warehousing.
- Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Organised, proactive and focused on delivering results.
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience would be advantageous.
