The Role
- Drive process improvements across manufacturing operations.
- Lead continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
- Support production with technical problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams.
- Help deliver new equipment, automation and process improvements.
About You
- Experience in a Manufacturing or Process Engineering role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
- A proactive engineer who enjoys improving processes and making a tangible impact.
