The Role:

As a Mechanical Fitter, youll play a key role in the assembly and installation of our bespoke process equipment from engineering drawings and specifications to build high-precision components and complete mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly and fitting of stainless steel and other metal components for process equipment.

Interpreting and working from technical drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions.

Working closely with engineering and fabrication teams to ensure quality and accuracy.

Conducting mechanical testing, fault-finding, and basic troubleshooting.

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with company health & safety procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in mechanical fitting.

Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation.

  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery.

Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications or time-served apprenticeship.
