JMT Care Services in Scotland is seeking a Head of Fostering and Young Adult Placement (YAP) to lead a sector-leading, trauma-informed service that prioritises relationships and safeguarding. You will join the Moore House Group Senior Management Team and shape growth across Scotland, guiding around 50 permanent foster families.

You will design recruitment campaigns with the marketing team, support current carers with training and development, ensure Care Inspectorate standards remain high.
