Thursday club is a social club for people who have moderate to profound learning disabilities. Participants are a fantastic group of friends who have been meeting up at Mencap Cottage for over 60 years. We need a little bit of your time so we can keep meeting up with our friends each week!
Key responsibilities:
- Make all participants feel welcome
- Assist with room/activity set up or close down
- Supervise arts and craft activities
- Assist with karaoke/dance activities
- Assist with the tuck shop/refreshments
