Debate Mate tackles educational disadvantage by training university students to run debate workshops in schools with high levels of educational disadvantage. Our sessions boost students’ confidence, communication, teamwork, and critical thinking - helping improve their aspirations and build valuable skills for their future.

Responsibilities
- deliver sessions according to the curriculum we provide- be available to commit to at least one session per week (sessions are maximum 1 hour long)
