Location: Poringland, Norfolk (and across JMR Healthcare as required)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:00. The successful candidate will be required to be flexible to accommodate the needs of the role, including evenings and weekends (where required). Part-time will be considered for this role for the right candidate. About You: You will be a highly organised, proactive, confidential and trusted Executive Assistant who is used to working alongside senior leaders. Your role will play a key role in supporting our senior leaders to operate efficiently, strategically and with confidence. The role will vary day-to-day with tasks and responsibilities expected of an Executive Assistant (such as diary management, preparing agendas/meeting packs, report writing, and minute taking).

Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant (or similar role) supporting senior leaders
- A strong understanding of data protection and confidentiality
- To be proficient in MS Office
- To be an excellent communicator, including both verbal and written forms of communication
- Strong organisational skills to plan, schedule and manage multiple priorities
