Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday between 08:00 – 18:00
Responsibilities
- You will design and deliver training sessions, manage compliance records, and support colleagues to embed learning into practice.
- You’ll need excellent organisational skills, strong IT capability, and the confidence to present and coach effectively.
- Above all, you’ll bring creativity, professionalism, and a values‑driven approach to everything you do.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Experience working in a Learning and Development role, with experience delivering training
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and training software
- Excellent communicator, including both verbal and written forms of communication
- Strong organisational skills to plan, schedule and manage multiple training programmes.
Desirable:
- Qualification in L&D, CIPD Level 3, or desire to work towards this qualification
- Experience working in a healthcare, education, or other regulated sector
- Working knowledge of MHR iTrent
